McCormick Grillmates Montreal Steak Seasoning Teriyaki Sauce (approximately 1/4-1/3 cup) 3 tsp. minced garlic from jar Cheddar Cheese Fajita Sized Tortilla shells (either plain or whole wheat-Food Lion brand) (at least 6 to make 3 quesadillas) Side condiments: Guacamole: 3 mashed ripe avocados mixed with garlic salt to taste low-fat sour cream (3 tablespoonsful)
